What materials do you use?
Every CARBONE piece is made with premium materials—including 14K and 18K solid gold, 925 sterling silver, and either IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds or VVS-grade moissanite stones. We don’t use fillers or imitation metals—only authentic, tested, and certified components.
Is CARBONE jewelry real gold and silver?
100% CARBONE pieces are crafted using solid 14K or 18K gold and genuine 925 sterling silver, with all metals purity-tested and hallmarked. No shortcuts. No overlays. Just real craftsmanship.
Are the stones real diamonds?
Yes—our Lab Diamond Collection features IGI-certified diamonds, lab-grown to the same chemical and optical standards as mined stones. Our Moissanite Collection offers VVS clarity stones that outperform natural diamonds in brilliance and fire. Both collections pass standard diamond testers.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We offer free insured international shipping on all orders via trusted couriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Every package is fully tracked and may require a signature on delivery.
How long does shipping take?
• USA & Canada: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days
• Custom or made-to-order items: 2–4 weeks
You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships. Delays due to customs or regional holidays may occur.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
Possibly. Customs duties and VAT vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. CARBONE does not include these in the purchase price.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. CARBONE operates on a strict no-refund policy. However, approved returns are eligible for: - Store credit (no expiry)
- One-time free size exchange
All returns must be approved within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence.
What qualifies for a return or exchange?
We accept returns only for: - Delivery damage (e.g., cracked stones, broken links)
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., loose settings, defective clasps)
- Sizing issues (rings, bracelets only)
Items must be in unworn, original condition with all packaging and documents. Custom, engraved, or “final sale” items are excluded.
How do I start a return?
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email
2. Send photos or videos clearly showing the issue
3. Upon approval, we’ll send a prepaid insured return label (mandatory for Lab Diamond pieces)
4. Ship the item back in original packaging
5. After inspection, you’ll receive a store credit or size exchange confirmation
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. All CARBONE jewelry includes a Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee. If a defect arises from our manufacturing, we’ll repair or replace your item at no cost. This does not cover wear & tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
Can I create a custom piece with CARBONE?

How do I care for my CARBONE jewelry?

Will my chain pass the diamond tester?
Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds and VVS moissanite are high-performance stones that pass most standard diamond testers. Let them test it—you’ll shine every time.
Is this plated or real gold?
Our core collections use solid 14K or 18K gold or solid 925 silver. If plating is used (on select moissanite pieces), we use thick layered real gold over silver, never stainless steel or brass. The feel and weight speak for themselves.
